Surgeon Esra BİLGEN 1was born in Ankara in 1977. She completed her Medicine Education at 19 Mayıs University Faculty of Medicine and she completed her majör education at Ankara Dışkapı Yıldırım Beyazıt Training and Research Hospital in 2010. She attended many international and national scientific meetings. Furthermore, she has internationally recognized publication and bulletins. She is married and has three children.
